Once you open the app, just scroll (swipe) up a bit and you should see the Latest Replay row with the most recent classes. Hi Queen welcome to the community! We’re so happy to have you here and don’t worry at all about the time difference, we’ve got you covered. Yes, you can absolutely watch the live workouts back. All classes are saved and uploaded as replays, so you can do them anytime that works for you. To find them, just head to the “Latest Replay” section in your app that will have the most recent workouts ready for you. You can also check the Calendar to see what classes were done and then watch them later. If you’re just getting started, we also recommend watching the “Start Here” video so everything feels easy to follow:

From there, keep it easy:

• Go to Latest Replays and pick one workout a day (don’t overthink it!)

• Stick with 30-minute workouts to start

• Do that for a couple of weeks to build consistency before exploring more

If you ever want structure, you can also check the Calendar to follow along with recent live workouts. The goal is progress, not perfection, just show up and press play đź’ŞIf you need extra help, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Hey Queen! That is correct, the Love Yourself Challenge will have different sets of workouts and those are going to be totally different from the daily live classes.
