Ariseleny Pena sis you got this! Remember 1 day at a time. That's all we can do. I've been there and totally understand. You will get there. And you will be so proud of everything you went through. The hardwork will pay off. In the beginning its hard to see but don't give up. I got dx with psoriasis in 2019. So I was over weight and covered in psoriasis in pain from head to toe. I lost weight and reached my goal back in 2020 but came 2022 I started to gain back after getting sick with covid. And I've been up and down with fasting, gym, eating, and trying to lose the weight again. But with being older now and do the same method before isn't working. So I was depress. Would cry on and off. Because I already lost the weight before. I felt like I let myself down. Everyone was like your so pretty don't let yourself be fat again. Before I was almost 200 pounds and got to 128. I maintained 130-135. Cause everyone thought I was sick looking at 128. I kept giving myself excuses of eating saying I can work it out, I did it before lost weight. But I did gain alot of it back and it's been hard to lose, so here I am. Yesterday was my first day. It's hard and gonna be hard. But remember to love yourself no matter what. Self love we forgot. I had to learn. This will become a therapy for you. Release what your feeling in the workout. Be proud that you woke up and gave yourself that tuff love to do the workout today and every day. 🙏💙
