Hi ladies happy Monday! I posted last Sunday that I would take an after picture I didn’t get a full body but I have lost 5 pounds since. I worked out at least one 30 minute workout four times a week and I cut a lot of the things I know make me gain weight like too much carbs everything high in sodium and all cookies basically all the things I love. Goal for this week I hope to do five workouts and to follow the eating plan I bought from Queen Warriors.
We got this queens if I could do this at 52 years old I know you can!!
