Remember it’s not just about pounds because you’re probably gaining muscle too and that makes a huge impact on burning fat while you’re not moving so it’s just as important. How do your clothes fit? How does your body look? Any changes?. Keep at it girl. Sounds like you’re doing all the right things Queen😊
