The Let them theory is a new book too my collection. But the other two books are my favorite. I can read them over, and over!

Happy New Years, Congratulations to my team for winning the Super Bowl 59🦅💚
Hope all is well. I haven’t been on here since November 🫣but don’t hurt me now. I got a new position at work and my work schedule change. I been trying my best to find a way to incorporate my workout routine and get my eating habits under control. So far I gain few extra pounds. I’m pumping myself up, I need to start with these workouts. I need it, and my big motivation is my daughter senior Prom and Senior graduation,they are all creeping up. 😫 I miss working out with you all. The app has couple of stuff that are new, is gonna take some used it. But on another note !Lets get it, But wait I’m not even READY!!!! 😫😂

I’m very advanced and I understand what you saying, what works with me is adding more weights!!! It works for me. Is all about how mych resistance you need.
