Honestly, I went hard for the summer challenge. This fall challenge has is ups and downs. Been busy with work. I get the workout in, but my eating has not been as strict. But is all about the mindset and making adjustments as you go.

I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks by eating small portions, working out twice a day and walking 10-15k steps every other day.

How many meals are you eating? Are you having cheat meals and how many per week? Are you drinking just water? Are you moving ur body, are you getting at least 10k steps a day?
