Life is life-ing. Lost the motivation to workout. So I said “let me hop on here real quick so I can find the motivation” lol. Needless to say…I’m tuning in at 7:30. First live in a while. Ya’ll coming too?

I agree! There is a difference when your wearing sneakers. When I wear sneakers and go to the gym to complete a replay, I burn more calories. Idk…It could just be the gym too lol
