I was going to say the same. I use to go to the gym after work. I try not to eat too heavy over night during my shift because that would tire me out. Get home take a shower and get some sleep. It’s harder when you have kids.

I stay up late just so I can get a moment to myself but I’m focusing on getting to bed earlier and waking up early and have that moment to myself. This week I’m choosing to let go things that are out of my control and building a closer relationship with GOD. 🫶🏾
