Haven’t done a HIIT workout in so long. I needed this! You were talking about Christmas movies, one of my favs is “Jingle all the Way”. Oldie but goodie! Happy holidays Queens!

Small goals lol. Completing a whole week of workouts. I usually do it during a LYC challenge but I wanted to see if I could commit to it. On day 4 so far. Also trying not to over-eat. Making a shake or drinking tea a little more.
