Let’s get it Mariley! First line of business set a goal how m ay days you want to start with even if it’s just one day a week but stick to it! Second, open up the app every morning for affirmations. Trust me it will give you the motivation you need and make you realize “damn let me show myself some love and do this!”

I definitely caught the replay in the evening after I had my Valentines cheat meal 🫤. I ain’t doing that again (the cheat meal) 😝 ha got em! That meal had me sluggish and struggling. But I made it though. It was awesomeeee! #teamsquats

Breakfast I don’t need to meal prep because that’s easier and I could manage that meal. However, lunch and dinner is more challenging. I don’t like eating the same meal. I’m trying find ways of mixing and matching without wasting food. I’ve been prepping snacks and for lunch I’ll prep with dinner from the night before but it doesn’t always happen. I really think it’s time management. 😩 I work 12s which is basically 16s cause I wake up at 4 and get home at like 8-830 🙄

Yessss! You did it be proud of that! Some days you go in hard for a full hour and other days like today you go just as hard for 20 minutes. It does not mean you didn’t Give 100% I’m sure you did 💪🏾

Let’s goooo queens! I really didn’t want to do it. I wanted to go to sleep. But guess what I did it and I feel great. Now I’m really ready to sleep. After I shower of course 😂

When you’re hesitant. Just do it! Even if you have to drag your self into it. You won’t regret trying but you will regret not trying.
