Y’all I need to give coach Nay a shout out! Just listened to the “411 on carbohydrates” class and OMG 🤯so informative, so easier and I actually feel competent in making food choices. I want to cry. I want to cry tears of joy. I’m catching up since I just joined last week, but WOW!!! Thank you Queen Warrior coaches because y’all just be lifting us up!

I just need to say I am so grateful I found this community. It's exactly what I needed for my mental, emotional, and physical health. These coaches making me realize my potential and I'm about to be an unstoppable force! Let's get it Queens!
I've worked out with three coaches and every one have made me feel strong and worthy. The daily affirmations are also essential to the equation 👸🏽

Yes! Mindset is everything. Just do it! But listen to your body as well. I started working out on Monday for the first time as well and I've been working out every day since. And I'm sore as heck! I'm slower and sometimes the last 3-5 seconds I'm not as strong and at times even have to just finish the set early, or set longer, but I'm doing it. The coaches are so motivational and speak to you throughout the whole workout. About What to expect and how to manage pushing through. One thing is for sure, if you try you won't regret it but if you don't try you definitely will regret it. We are warriors! You got this make that fat cry ( when we sweat it's our muscles crying) 😂

Hello! Yesterday I went wild and got every possible subscription. I must admit I'm anxious as hell. I have an information overload and don't know where or how to start. I got the nutrition plan, the fab ab, and booty blaster. 😂 HELP! What should  I do now? Do I just begin any work out I could handle along with the fab ab and booty blaster work out 😐 I have not worked out in a LONGGGGGG time.
Update 2204 and I completed the Fab ab, booty blaster, and a 30 HITT work out! Y'all I did it! Let's go. I'm feeling like a hot momma. But there is a major problem now. I feel hungry as heck 💆🏾‍♀️. I'll drink tea and hopefully go to sleep.
