Queens!!! Please I need your help! I suffer from migraines! Worked out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I can’t do today my head is killing me. Can I do a 30 minute in the morning tomorrow then 30 after work. Bam I completed the week.

Maybe I need to drink more water. I drink 2-32 oz bottles..

I have been putting work before everything the past few weeks!! Today I took charge and set boundaries! I am so proud I left on time and came home to spend time with my son and completed a QW Workout!! Boundaries!! Goals!! My first!!! My son first!!! Health first!! Mental health First!!
