Gooooooooooood morning! Happy Friday! I can’t believe week 2 Summer LYC is done.
The workouts don’t stop! I did Raven Cruz 6/19/24 full hour kettlebell full body core workout and LORD why did she have us running and doing jumping jacks at the end when I thought the workout was over?!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜§πŸ₯΅ Before I did this workout, I went for a 6.40 mile walk. Done for today. Waiting on 11am so I can begin my eating window. My coffee is calling for meπŸ˜‚
Have a wonderful weekend and hopefully I can meet some of you ladies tomorrow at Raven Cruz spliff and stretch class 🌈πŸ”₯πŸ§šπŸ½πŸ’πŸŒΉπŸ˜˜β€οΈ

Happy Friday Junior! Week 2 Day 4 summer LYCβœ… added raven’s power lower body workout from today +6.34 mile walk.
Tired is understatement but I’m less than 2 pounds from my goal weight and I want to keep toning

Good morning Queens! Did lower body yesterday so I switched it up for today and did LYC week 2 day 3 plus added Coach Yvona’s 6/10 power upper body video. Arms are πŸ”₯
I did cardio before working out today walking 5 miles before it gets too hot.

Week 1 went by! Did really well with meals, water intake, LYC videos and bonus videos to keep on track! The only adjustment was switching the meal times because my body said no girl, not 12pmπŸ˜‚ so 11-7. Even though there wasn’t a video today, I made it a lower body day, and did Chasity booty blaster video from 6/10 and a 6 mile walk. Going to add one more booty blaster to end out this week but going to keep working out this weekend!
