Happy Monday Queens! Ass was on 🔥 yesterday now it’s arms on 🔥 today thanks to Yvona Gonzalez upper body workouts:
5/15/24 Power Upper Body
6/28/24 Power Upper Body
Added in some cardio today by doing a 2.47 mile walk.. was ready for some protein so I added cottage cheese to my eggs.. still need to do glute work but that’s in the evening. Stay hydrated, stay positive and have a wonderful day❤️

Happpppy Saturday! So thankful for this platform which has completely shifted my lifestyle and has helped me implement healthy habits! Woke up and got to:
3/13/24 full hour advanced power full body with Yvona Gonzalez
3/18/24 full hour kettlebell full body with Raven Cruz
Both were killer workouts and have me sore, but ready to tackle the day! Spending the day with my nieces and prepped my food so I don’t have to think about it.

Hi Queen! Welcome. This is a great community of women who motivate one another and the coaches are phenomenal as well. I would say lay out some days you know you can workout. Coaches typically say 3 workouts a week. Start with beginner classes and see which one you like. Each coach brings something different and works you out in a different way. Remember to have grace on yourself and if you can’t workout try smaller healthy habits like more water, getting your steps in and making good food choices. I hope this helps! Best of luck🥰

Hey Queen, I’ve been doing the queen warriors since the spring challenge (April 22). I wasn’t as intense then and did the workout for the day plus a walk. Whenthe summer challenge happened, I wanted to commit even more.

The last 10+ weeks have made me realize that doing the videos are a release for me and I feel good. I almost feel incomplete without doing anything. The cardio I can slow down on but still need to add it in esp when I decide to eat hot Cheetos 😂

Be gentle with yourself - do a workout and then build yourself up. Making small changes like more water, walking more or less carbs also have a huge impact.. I’ve added videos to my calendar to keep me accountable as well. It’s a buildup of habits and it takes time.

Today started off with a series of silly things happening. I was supposed to take the day off from cardio but with craziness happening before 7am I needed to get outside. Today I did:
6/19/24 advanced full hour kettlebell full body core with Raven
7/9/24 advanced power upper body core with Raven
Fab 10 minute booty blast week 1 day 1
Cardio -6.12 mile walk

Life has a funny way of creating situations that test you in multiple ways and I’m so glad I responded positively with a cool head and still got to working out
