Welcome Queen! I joined back in April and have been loving it here! The coaches are great and each one brings their own personality to the workouts. If you don’t have equipment, coaches will offer modifications ( water bottle, pillow, soup cans etc) so you can still workout. Some workouts don’t need any equipment at all. The women here really uplift and motivate you, so don’t be scared to lean on the community.

Have grace on yourself and remember that you are building habits that lead to the best results. Best of luck on your journey… you got this ! 🫶

Hi Queen, I’m so sorry you had a rough day. The most important part of the fitness journey are the habits you build. Drinking more water, walking, better food choices etc. everyday is a fresh start and the best results take time. Have grace on yourself and know you took the first step which is prioritizing your health. Every small habit is a win. You got this 🫶

Welcome Queen! I agree with Angela .. I only had 5lb weights and 3lbs plus some cloth booty bands I purchased years ago. I added heavier weights, the stepper and elastic bands. There are modifications for everything so if you don’t have weights coaches will say to use soup cans, bottle water detergent etc. . There are also workouts that don’t require any equipment. Either way.. you got this!🫶
