Hey ladies. I slept horribly last night and felt exhausted when I woke up. Thank god for the fat burners and the coaches to bring me life. Today I was able to focus on upper body and did:
2/16/2024 advanced full hour power upper body with Yvona
2/20/24 power upper body with Sammi
2/29/2024 full hour HIIT upper body core with Sammi
All workouts are added to my favs for the burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ it gave me. Purchased the abs program and ready to start next week!

Happy Hump Day! The way my body needed rest today was real! Woke up later than normal but it was a Sammi type of day with her workouts:
