Im really sorry about the loss of your mother! I lost my dad last year and I know it can be really tough. Its really good you started the workouts and will get into a routine with them. Best of luck on your fitness journey! Remember to be kind to yourself and take it a day at a time ❤️

Week 1 went by! Did really well with meals, water intake, LYC videos and bonus videos to keep on track! The only adjustment was switching the meal times because my body said no girl, not 12pm😂 so 11-7. Even though there wasn’t a video today, I made it a lower body day, and did Chasity booty blaster video from 6/10 and a 6 mile walk. Going to add one more booty blaster to end out this week but going to keep working out this weekend!
