A Herrera it's good that she has you their for her and good job sowing into yourself as well. Balance is a hard thing to find in seasons like those, but you are doing a heck of a job. Find rest when you need to queen🙏 and I dont know how to join lives sadly lol. I dont think my subscription has it

Hey y'all! Here's my most recent before and after shots. I don't currently know my weight because I rather focus more on my health than a number. However, I am feeling alot better so far.

Hip pain has left. I have less frequent headaches. I feel more energized compared to how I was a few months ago. I don't fit some of my clothing now lol but I don't mind🤷‍♀️😂 lol I am grateful for how far I have come and I am hopeful for more progress along the way😊🌸
