Hey y'all! Here's my most recent before and after shots. I don't currently know my weight because I rather focus more on my health than a number. However, I am feeling alot better so far.

Hip pain has left. I have less frequent headaches. I feel more energized compared to how I was a few months ago. I don't fit some of my clothing now lol but I don't mind๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚ lol I am grateful for how far I have come and I am hopeful for more progress along the way๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒธ

For those who need to hear it: it's ok to struggle but don't be afraid to get back up again if you fall. The only way to overcome our struggles is to follow through. So keep going at your own pace wherever you are in your journey of health and healing. You got this!๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ‘‘

Hello, dont be discouraged queen! We all have setbacks at one point or another. Its amazing that you are back at it again and trying to strengthen your body. I hope you recover fully well and find a groove that works for you
