Im in my 20s and have been losing the weight. I just choose what workouts, daily affirmations, and mindset coaching videos work for me. From what i have seen and experienced, you dont have to watch every video to see results. We also dont have to listen to certain messages on here that we dont relate to. That's the beauty of this being on demand. You get to pick and choose what works for you on here
