Happy 4th!!

Take this time to rest, recharge, and check in with yourself! Whatever you need today, honor that. And if movement is calling you, replays are always available in the Queen Warriors App for a quick sweat session on your time. 💜

3 weeks Completed!!!! I joined June 12th and have stayed consistent with 3 to 5 workouts a week! Only three weeks in and I feel so excited so motivated and so so great!!! And 4th of July didn't stop no show!!!! Lol!

QUEENS! I was so hype for tonight’s Live - it was going to be a full on beast mode session…. And then Mother Nature made her monthly appearance 🙄

BUT WE’RE SHOWING UP ANYWAYS!! You ladies are amazing examples of showing up and showing out in the midst of adversity & challenges. So join me as we put in work right before this holiday weekend. We’ll go hard… and then best believe tomorrow I’m enjoying ALL the cookout food 😋

Today is Day 1 for me. I just started after stopping and starting over and over again. I watched my grandfather pass away and took so much from me. I am sick tired of being sick and tired. I woke up this morning and said today is the the day. It wasn’t perfect far as eating wise but I started and I will be better prepared for next week. Fabiana thank you for the suggestion of the weighted vest it is definitely a game changer.

I’m struggling this week, y’all.

It’s my first week. I hadn’t done much yet until yesterday when I walked on my walking pad for 40 minutes. This morning, I tried to do a couple of videos today but I couldn’t get past ten minutes. It’s hard on my inner hips and elbows and lower back lol I feel like I failed myself today. Trying my best to meet my calorie burn goal. It’s so hard, I feel hopeless.

I guess I’m wondering what videos are best to start with. And how do you all get energy? I can’t do caffeine at all and I’m always tired

I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think there would be that much of a difference BUT after seeing them side by side I was SO PROUD of myself! I took the first picture 6 weeks ago when I started QW and the second picture was taken today. I am so proud of myself 🥲! I am a mom of two and after my second kid my body just was so different. I didn’t feel comfortable (or have the time) going to the gym then I found QW and decided to join and it was the best decision I made! The scale discouraged me these past 6 weeks BUT BABY these pictures didn’t lie! Keep going all my queens! We can do this together! 💕
