Hey Queens! I just finished week 2 day 3 of Coach Jamila beginner HIIT series and all I can say I've never been more motivated. The words she said and Playlist align with my spirit. I've needed a community like this and im so greatful to God I've found it. I'm looking forward to more workouts, more goals crushed and more Queen to Queen relationships . Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Coach Sherrell and Iβm happy you are now on the QW team βΊοΈ. I replayed all your classes so far, the workouts are great and I resonate with your messages each time! Especially this last one as I relate to being 34 and childless and people asking my husband and I when we will have kids. I have been struggling with fertility too so it makes it harder when people ask! I truely do feel that I am where I need to be and also feel happy in my life overall and believe what is meant to happen will happen. Anyways showing my gratitude to you ! β₯οΈ
