Since I don’t have a treadmill or bike I’ve just been skipping this last part and head outside the run with my dog since this big head needs outside time anyways lol hope that’s ok

Took a an extra day break after day 1. Killed my legs I couldn’t even walk or sit lol got done upper arm/core and this and wooooooh I feel like an overcooked noodle

What would you recommend for alternatives if you don’t have treadmill or bike? I work out from home

I googled some knee friendly alternatives and it says you can do reverse lunges, step ups, leg press or glute bridges. I used to have knee issues too and some helpful tips that helps me was dynamic stretches before work outs, knee braces and correcting my form- I would notice when I’d bend my leg would naturally curve so my knee while bending wasn’t aligned with my toes/feet, correcting my knee to be straight/aligned with my toes really helped my pain. Also keep in mind when it comes to any type of squats make sure you can see your knee doesn’t go passed your toes- for ex when it comes to Bulgarian squats we are supposed to lean back into the bend so when we are squatting we can still see our toes. I googled correct forms to make sure I am practicing it correctly and it was very helpful for me. Also @‘ing QW support is another great resource, they respond quickly and are always super knowledgeable.

Even tho I have a love and mostly hate relationship with Bulgarian squats I finished Day 1 with ease! (mostly haha)

Description says upper body sculpt but video is for lower body
