The hardest part of the LYC challenge?Making sure I had my meals prepped and with me at work every single day. But once I started losing a pound a week, I knew I was on the right track.
I originally thought six pounds in six weeks wouldn’t make a huge difference—but I was wrong. Because it’s not just the number on the scale. It’s the fat lost, the muscle gained, and the confidence I feel every time I put on clothes that now fit better than ever.
This journey reminded me: consistency and discipline wins. Every meal. Every workout. Every choice matters.💪🏼
Hi ladies, not currently working out right now because I am resetting hormones. But when I am done I will be back at it again! Doing both at the same time just takes too much out of me and I end up sleeping a lot to repair. So once this is complete I will be back at it again! Love Fabi and the community. The morning affirmations though!

Ill start… this week im focusing on waking up early 🤪 your girl acting like she on summer break too lol but im up at 7am today and did a 30 min morning walk listening to Pastor Phil ! Im also focusin on reading 1 book a month.

I’m loving the app—so many awesome options to explore! Quick question: is there a way to get the workout playlists on their own? I really appreciate all the coaching, but sometimes I just want to watch, play the music, and have fun without as much talking.
