Hello, lady Queens! I am new ro this and I am still kind of struggling to learn the schedules. Can someone please help me? I am following the schedule that is in the calender that is up, am i doing right by that? I can't make to the lives only on Wednesdays sometimes. Today is not one of those days. I will have to wait until 8pm to workout.
