1st Day! Proud of myself and look forward to my transformation β¨οΈ
Hey Queens! Iβm here in the am getting it done. My baby let me finish almost an entire session today. She was fed up the last 4 minutes though. Now time to feed us lol. Have a wonderful Tuesday guys!!!
As much as I love this, I have to cancel because I hate doing the workouts on my laptop because the screen is small. Iβm constantly having problems logging on on my television. It will work at times and then It asked to log on again and when I log on it doesnβt log on
1 month 1 week check in. After being on the fence about joining 10 weeks later I became a member June 12th. I was so motivated and stuck to three workouts or more a week and then life happened with my son's father being arrested and no telling if or when he will be released. With him recovering from drug addition and a not so favorable life, with only supervised visitstion that I made sure to have set up, I made sure we coparented well for the sake of my son but my prayer had always been for God to remove anything that was not a positive influence in his life. Needless to say his arrest caused all kinds of worry in my mind on how my four year old would feel through the years. What happens when Donuts with Dad day comes or he asks more questions and my explanation of he had to go away to take care of some things and get better is not enough and I truly felt my heart literally break for him. But God.....I know that my amazingly smart, inquisitive, funny, charming, goofy, energetic boy will be just fine and that Hod has an amazing plan in all of this abd that he equipped me as his Mommy to have this under control. I say all this to say that usually when life starts life'ing as it always does, this is the first program that I said even though my heart hurts today and my mind is going a thousand miles an hour, I am still working out today okaaaay!!!! And it truly is making everyday better!!! And the way these hips and butt are shaping out???!!!! Thank you thank you thank you to Fabi and the team for this life changing community!!!

Hey ladies! Itβs been a while. I was adjusting from coming from vacation to back to work. I must admit that even though I was active on my vacation I gained 3 pounds from all the Monfongo, fried foods & alcohol π·. After weighing myself yesterday I see Iβm back down the 3 pounds. πͺπΌ
I had a hard time adjusting back to work. I had a swollen ankle, I was super emotional (I have no idea why), and I got bit by a random dog on Friday. Sometimes things happen out of our control but I do know I can control what I put in my body and how much I move!
I Was Worried About Not Being Able To Incorporate The Right Foods Due To Not Eating Meat, Dairy nor Eggs. So I've Been Creating Meals While Getting Fit and I Must Say, This Was Delicious π I Added Sauteed Red Onions and Zucchini. Being That I Don't Have A Name For It, I Shall Label It As One Of My 'Get Fit Meals' π₯°π
