Hi Queens,
Im a healthy 36 year old with no health issues, eat and drink well, not stressed etc...
I checked my period tracker app and I've come to realise I have had 15 periods this year each one lasting 9 days average with a shorter cycle (23-24 days).
I have made an appointment with my doctor but I was just curious to know if anyone else has the same experience, and if the doctors are going to say its down to my training.
Any advise or experience is welcomed β€οΈ

Great morning Queens π I received a word from God last year βDisciplineβ running our race gaining endurance physically and spiritually. Motivation starts the climb but discipline finishes it. We need to have it in everything we do.
For two and a half years I have been intentionally doing, showing up in the good and tough days and the results donβt lie π results make you hungry and leads us to remain consistent! Taking all the resources given to us applying them and running with it.
Just celebrated my 40th birthday and I never felt so confident in my skin! Thank you God for giving me strength and queen warriors for this platform and all the resources given to us to become the best version of ourselves π

Hope youβre all doing good?! At 10pm I jumped out of bed and decided it was time to workout with my QWs. I hiked for an hour this morning but miss my QW workouts and results. I did the 1st -30 minutes it was perfect thank you Fabi!
I was going to do the rest but am tired and didnβt want to risk falling as I did a reverse lunge. I am excited to enter 2026 being consistent again with my workouts. πͺπΌ β€οΈ π

Wk 20! Girl them ABS are comin in clutch! Keep pushing queens! One foot in front of the other. Step by step keep show casing yourself even in the hard moments. The results are your own story. Own it! Love it! Then say damn you did that!
My Monday starter. I was only able to do the first half and it was definitely a full body workout. I look forward to doing the second. Let's keep going Queens πͺ

I got a new member π for our Queen warrior community. Lol Hufflepuff watching the coach what the next move is! I took him off three times during class, but then I was over. I lost my space, had to do it on the floor.
