I feel like I want to do a daily coach appreciation post one day to one coach until I make it through the list. Started this app earlier this yr about spring and I can say the uniqueness of each coach is amazing and needs to be recognized. What you think queens?
I enjoy doing my workouts in the mid morning but today it didn't happen. Did it late and even got two workouts in. Strength unleashed week 2 day 2and 3 are โ๏ธ
I started these workouts to burn off stress and anxiety. My watch has already alerted me that my resting heart rate has been lower these last ten days ๐ฅณ it's working!
Hopefully I can have a nice booty too!

I was thinking of you/this community yesterday morning and then when I got to a work session I saw this Queen in the clients bathroom!!
Am trying to jump back into the workouts, luckily this week I have been home during the live workouts and they have been the best. Seeing all of you there, lifting each other up, I love it! I miss our Queen Fabiana but am so happy sheโs vacationing with her family. ๐ฅฐ
I have a 3pm session today but if I get home during the live I hope to see you there!

Queens I need some suggestions!! I have been doing good with my eating and exercise. Then my job changed my schedule to 10pm-6:30am for the next month. I am literally falling apart. This past week I feel like ๐ฉ. I am not getting much sleep, my whole body hurts, I am not eating right nor exercising. I have a constant headache. What can I do to get back right? I am so miserable and I am ready to quit my job. I hate this schedule and it really isnโt working for me. How do anyone working the night shift get right and live a normal life? Please help!!!!
