Should we use a lighter weight to not have to change weights? For example Arnold press and lateral raises? Or should I lower my weights on the press to continue with the same weight for the raises?

It was boring but I just walked around my room.

Really enjoying coach shaming and these workouts.

Any recommendations on what I should do next? Also considering doing it again and increasing my weights. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Haven't done a live workout yet because I tend to forget in the evenings as I prefer to get my workroom earlier.

I enjoy doing my workouts in the mid morning but today it didn't happen. Did it late and even got two workouts in. Strength unleashed week 2 day 2and 3 are ✔️

I started these workouts to burn off stress and anxiety. My watch has already alerted me that my resting heart rate has been lower these last ten days 🥳 it's working!

Hopefully I can have a nice booty too!
