I enjoy doing my workouts in the mid morning but today it didn't happen. Did it late and even got two workouts in. Strength unleashed week 2 day 2and 3 are ✔️
I started these workouts to burn off stress and anxiety. My watch has already alerted me that my resting heart rate has been lower these last ten days 🥳 it's working!
Hopefully I can have a nice booty too!
