Month 2 update: I lost 5.5 pounds this month. I challenged myself in new ways by finishing coach sables boxing classes and doing some HITT workouts. As for eating habits, I've continued eating less carbs. In place of carbs I've incorporated more protein, vegetables, and fruits. Thankfully, the balance has been helping me to feel more full and energized through this journey so far. Maybe I'll post some recipes soon๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ˜‹

So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I canโ€™t do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I canโ€™t go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like Iโ€™m not going down enough ? Any suggestions

Hi guys. So I had this for almost a year now and in the beginning I did very little because I got caught up with work, school and kids. But now I'm on a break of 3 weeks and I'm trying to go really strong. I started back up on Monday but I wanted to ask which class is recommend for the arms, back, waist, and tummy? I tried doing Sammi's HIIT yday but then switched it to Fabi's with dance. Any recommendations?

This week am โ€œtryingโ€ to eat at home and not eating after 9pm. My breakfast: sourdough toast with a Farmers Market jelly, butter, strawberries and banana!

Good morning Queens ๐Ÿ˜Š day 3 of working out daily. I woke up and did Coach Sherrellโ€™s Pilates ๐Ÿ’—just perfect for my 3rd day workout ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผโ˜€๏ธ! Pilates gives me the same feeling as hiking itโ€™s really empowering. All these workouts provide that happy feeling, hope you find time to do one today.

4th of July a tragedy happened and a glass stabbed my leg right by my knee. Few broken bone fragments and stitches were required. I've been on a slight break to recover. I tried qw 2weeks after my stitches were removed but the pain was too much I decided to rest and today was my first day back....again Aimee made my fat cry ๐Ÿ˜† and I'm glad to say I am 95 percent capable of completing the work out with slight mods and a slower pace to help regain my strength. Looking forward to getting back on my fitness journey ๐ŸŽŠ ๐ŸŽŠ ๐ŸŽ‰ (all praises to Jehovah-Rapha)
