Good morning! I have a question. I have heard that premade protein shakes such as Nurri or CorePower are not that good for you in the long term. How about protein powders? Are those okay?

Are there any other ladies that have previously completed the recomp program or are further along and don’t mind sharing their transformation?

I know that we all have different paths and our journeys won’t be identical, however I love seeing what can be accomplished when you put in the work. It really motivates me and I think it will inspire others too. But of course no pressure! Happy to be on this journey with you all ❤️

This is a 40lb difference January to now. Thanks to Fabiana Coach Jamila Coach Aimee Chasity for keeping me motivated. This is a super vulnerable post! I have been thinking about posting but haven’t had the nerve and probably because I don’t think I actually see the results. But these before and after pictures remind me that I am working hard! Story time: Mom of two (4 & 18 month old), 18 months post partum and work full time. Trying to get into the gym is rough but this program and these testimonials have helped me so much. Thanks for changing my life QW’s trainers and keep working hard ladies- we got this! 💕

Hello ladies my name is Belinda and I’m from Texas. Excited to start this challenge and see where this next month takes me. For the past 4 months I’ve been helping my elderly mother who had dementia and she fell, broke her wrist. So I put myself on the back burner but now it’s time for me to get back on track. For any ladies who joined the Fall LYC Power Challenge have you received any directions for the program? I believe it starts tomorrow & I havent received any info about the challenge or nutrition plan or the link for submitting before photos. Was this sent in an email or can I find it somewhere else? Please help! Thank you
