6lbs in 6 weeks. I'm loving how I feel. I started this journey with bad sciatica pain. I realized that my back needed more support. Building my glutes 🍑 and losing weight was the only way. Came across Fabi and Queen Warriors and started doing the work.

Drink lots water. Make sure to add protein to your meals throughout the day. Especially after working out. You can use a massage roller as well.

So happy 😊 I dropped another pound. I'm 2lbs away from a healthy BMI. 5wks of staying consistent. My goal is to stay steady at 170lbs. Eating meals like Tonight's dinner helps keep me full. Sweet potato, grilled bbq chicken tenderloin, and fresh steamed organic green beans. Grateful to be a part of this community 🙏

I don't think there's a deadline. I would do as many lives as you can. I believe there will be another challenge after this one. They have a raffle drawing at the end. You basically get a entry every time you do a video/live. It's so much fun 😁 here
