My 4 week progress. I've been able to keep 3lbs off. I need to start recording measurements. I feel stronger since starting this journey 💪🏼. Baby steps and staying consistent with avoiding processed foods and sugary junk. So grateful 🙏 to be here.

I can't catch any of the lives this week. I'm trying to stay consistent though and do the replays. My weakness is sugary snacks. Trying my best to stay away and treating myself here and there in moderation. Cooking healthier meals throughout the week and so far I'm down 3lbs. Started this journey weighing 180 and a few ounces. So grateful to be here and excited for what the future holds.

I treated myself today with a yummy homemade steak and shrimp.
It's my Birthday 🎂 🥳 and I jumped on the scale and lost 2lbs and a few ounces in a week of joining 💪🏼 I will be doing one of the replays tomorrow. Love it here ❤️
