Aww man I’m so glad to be back. I lost myself for a year fell out of pushing myself. I even ended up canceling my queen warrior membership. I’ve been a member since the world shut down back in 2020. When I finally snapped out of it and wanted to get back on track it dawned me on me that I didn’t have my membership so I’ve been trying out YouTube videos the last month or two. That was so discouraging. I’ve became so use to queen warrior workouts nobody else felt right. I couldn’t get use to other trainers. I finally got my membership back and I can’t wait. The 2nd pic is my result from queen warriors before I fell off. Fabi I can’t wait for you guys to get me snatched again. This has been my favorite group for the longest.

Hey hey heyyyy!!! I haven’t checked in with the community in a longgg minute ! Last year I joined Queen Warriors Elite trained by Nay & I transformed tremendously when it came down do toning and my relationship with the gym mentally! I got pregnant , just had my baby 6 weeks ago & I am ready to get back into the swing of things !! My mind still feels like the strong and toned woman from last year but my body of course feels a bit fatter/ loose! I am pumped tho because Ive been here before & crushed it , so I’m ready to do it again and better !!

Y'all pro tip wear your booty bands around the house and on your hot girl/hot mom walks, trips to the market etc for that extra resistance and engagement doesn't hurt rite?
