Missed Raven’s challenge but going to doing all the workouts and work on my nutrition

Workout #2 in the books! However, I missed breakfast eating time due to having to get kids to school and dentist appt immediately after. Do you just skip that meal & snack then jump into lunch or still eat? What’s the best option if you can’t eat during the allotted time?

Also, does anyone have recommendations for amino acids?
