Day 3 done
Last nights dinner pictured. Todays breakfast was oatmeal with a little plain greek yogurt and berries with a grapefruit. Iβm excited for day 3! The workouts have been great and Iβm nicely sore lol. Doing an additional 30 min workout each day. Letβs stay the course ladies! We got this!πππ

QUEENS! It's been a few months since I have worked out and this challenge got me sore AF on day 3! I have been stretching before AND after, but DAMN my legs are weak! Anyone else feel the same way??
Felt extremely motives this morning. Day 2 completed. I completed the 9am and the 9:30am workout with Raven... she's super energetic and hyped and it keeps me motivated. As she said at the end, I don't always finish the things I commit to... BUT THIS, I am committing to until the end. ππͺπΎ

Day 3, definitely was it for me. Finally feel like Iβm doing something right. I was dripping in sweat and that has not happened in a minute. Been eating much better, and I donβt why I was not drinking a gallon of water before cause my bowl has been doing really well an am going more regularly. I really wants to challenge myself so I can become more disciplined in this journey. I canβt wait to see the end result!!
