Curtsy --> standing knee crunch
Squat --> did a small step back and a small squat
Lunge --> I did a small lunge
Wood chippers -- I did them standing up.
I accidentally hit finished so I have two workouts

Tonight's workout was exactly what I needed. I missed Monday and last Friday due to unforseen circumstances but baby I am back and feeling amazing! I will definitely be doing Monday's workout tomorrow πͺπ½π₯π₯΅π

Hi ladies! I finally cancelled my gym membership last night and decided to join Queen Warrior! I had surgery in Oct and I tried returning back to the gym a handful of times, but I realized I hate it so much. I used to love working out at home, so I'm hoping I find that love again with this program ππ½.
