This workout was great! Whoop my Butt sweaty 🥵💪❤️🙌🏽 This definitely burned all the extra calories I had on my birthday 🎂 last weekend. Happy belated birthday Chasity! Yep I lost my Glasses too lol. Good Morning!! ☀️ I’ve been incorporating Ginger Tea first thing in the morning while I prepare my Sons breakfast and lunch! My mornings are pretty busy, getting my baby ready to go school and then dropping him off at daycare. I also love this multivitamin from Mary Ruth, I hate taking pills or gummies so this has been awesome for me.
Week 1 Day 2 i just finished lower body workout (yesterdays) and i am feeling stretched. 2 workouts in one day. thank you Fabi for all the encouraging, motivating words.
