I've been enjoying Summer Shred and am looking forward to seeing what's next for Queen Warriors.

I like having a plan for my workouts and routines ahead of time, so I was wondering if you could share anything about what members can expect after Summer Shred ends.

For example:

• Will there be another structured challenge or program?

• Will the 45-minute workout format continue, or are you considering bringing back additional workout lengths, such as dedicated 30-minute or 60-minute options?

• Are there plans to expand the Power workouts or add additional strength-focused programming?

• Will workouts continue from the current home setup, or is there a plan to return to the studio at some point?

• Should members expect to see more of the recommended workout equipment (such as benches and other equipment featured on the Queen Warrior equipment page) incorporated into future workouts, or will workouts primarily continue using dumbbells, resistance bands, and household items?

I completely understand if everything isn't finalized yet. Even a high-level preview of what's ahead would really help me understand what to expect after Summer Shred.

Just finished my 1 mile this morning! People are out I ran past waved high, gave a smile to everyone that made eye contact with me. I'm halfway there. And on the path is a red rose at first I ran past it and then I thought go back and get it and there was not one rosebush at that park. I felt really special this morning to have received this! Blessings are all around us. It's whether you choose to receive them!❤️🙌

I have always been the type of woman that did not need permission from anyone! Single for years! Get into a relationship with a man that lasted about 1yr & 1/2.

In March 26 I am became single again 💔 although I have restrictions due to surgery. For what ever reason I feel the need to get permission from people to do anything‼️I use to get up and go without hesitation‼️

Granted since April I have been dealing with medical stuff (Kidney Stones surgery) had 3 procedures already and another one scheduled in July! I do have restrictions until then‼️

Needing to get back to ME! Your girl needs tips‼️Please Help‼️

Hi queens I’m back I use to workout about a year and a half ago even though I didn’t have any kids it was simply a fun hobby for me after my mom introduced me to queen warriors. I stopped because I ended up getting pregnant and now I have my little one she’s a month and a half old. Super happy to be back especially now as a mom I need to get back in shape.

First workout in 3 years after having babies back 2 back and I'm dying I feel like I did them wrong but everywhere that fabi grabbed her booty at and said we should feel it I felt it.

I'm using a gallon of water and a step ladder cause I have no equipment and I didn't have resistance bands so idk if that even did anything. I'm hoping this belly gets gone and this booty grows Lord knows I need it. My weights 😂

I was really dragging my feet to work out today. My kids woke up before 7am and have been WILDIN since 😭😭 but fabi posted in here and I'm like bam that's my sign. So I got up and completed today's workout.

3 for 3 this week ✅

There wouldve been a time where X Heavy band would've been too much for me and now I can use them. 💪🏻

ANOTHER WEEK OF SUMMER SHRED COMPLETE! 🎉Queens, I hope you take a moment today to celebrate yourself.Every workout you completed, every healthy meal you chose, every time you showed up even when you didn’t feel like it… it all counts.Remember, this journey isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming the kind of woman who keeps showing up for herself.Some of you are already seeing changes on the scale. Others are noticing more energy, better sleep, stronger bodies, or a growing confidence. And for some, the biggest victory is simply not giving up.

Never underestimate what a few weeks of consistency can do.As you head into the weekend, enjoy it, recharge, and make choices that align with your goals. Happy Friyay, queens! I missed Wednesday and Friday this week because I’ve started going back to the gym. I’ve always listened to my body, but after chemotherapy, I’ve learned to listen to her even more. Today, I’ll be doing one of the replays instead.
