Iโ€™ve never eaten any vegetables only vegetables I eat avocado thatโ€™s not even a vegetable cucumbers, corn that was my healthy food to me. But now I started Eating salad and itโ€™s itโ€™s pretty easy for me. I have to eat other vegetables so Iโ€™ll incorporate that little by little. Iโ€™m gonna start adding one by one, especially the ones that provide fiber. I started cooking with onions and peppers and I change from eating white rice to brown rice and it will be a half a cup. I use Miss Dash seasoning. Iโ€™ve removed all high sodium. I donโ€™t buy no soda no juice only thing I have in my house is water and I most definitely donโ€™t buy snacks. I love fruits and Iโ€™m learning which fruits are low in sugar. I started all this in January and my daughter whoโ€™s 25 started eating what I cooked because she weighed at 285 in Jan and her current weight to date itโ€™s 255. She doesnโ€™t exercise like that but she does the treadmill for one hour. She did give me a health scare her blood pressure was so high and thatโ€™s what caused me to throw out all the unhealthy food in my house and stop her from always eating out. I took a natural approach to lower her BP and now itโ€™s normal. Health is wealth and what wasnโ€™t taught to me Iโ€™m trying to teach her since she is still young and able to still lose weight and make healthy choices at her age. I say this to say donโ€™t wait for a scary moment to change just do it. I waited so long until it was forced on me. Now I canโ€™t stop wanting better for myself. Every social media platform my algorithm is fitness and thatโ€™s so motivating to me. It keeps me going.

Weekends Iโ€™m off and Iโ€™m able to workout better then the weekdays. My rest day is Monday. But this is todayโ€™s workout I did LYC day 2. I didnโ€™t do the classes in order. I watch the classes at work and just schedule it as I see fit for myself. This is it for today for me I burned a lot of calories. For whatever reason I get a different number on my walking pad itโ€™s higher than the watch. Not sure this is my first time using the watch for workouts.

Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone else experiences glitches when streaming the app through smart TVs?

When I try to do the workouts it will give me this error.
