Hi my fellow queens warriors! I just completed a replay of coach Fabiana HITT workout from yesterday after hitting a stomp and not working out while being on vacation. But I’m back and will continue to work on my fitness goals for this year!

Happy Wednesday Queens !!! Officially back home from Colombia and we are RIGHT BACK INTO IT !!! Back into the routine, back into my workout and my eating regime .
But one thing I wanted to talk about is our Why. As life goes on we slowly start to forget “WHY” we started what we once did because we felt it would help to get us closer to our goals !!!
We all started this journey for a reason—maybe to feel more confident, have more energy, set an example for our kids, or take control of our health.

TONIGHT at 7:30pm we have a fire full body power workout. You know I love a theme, we celebrate so many things in June but one celebration that’s close to my heart is Caribbean American Celebration Month. I’m never one to post, but I felt with my progress from lasts months challenge that was put out for the month, why not. I started out last month only being able to do 4 pushups max. I ended the month being able to do 15! 15! I was hoping for atleast 10. BUT I exceeded my own expectations. So grateful for this program, and finally being able to take advantage of the monthly challenges we also get thrown with.
With the new June challenge coming up, I’m so excited to keep taking advantage of everything queen warriors has to offer! 😊


If I watch Coach Alexis nutrition class on my TV app, does it still show that I showed up for it? I usually get on my cell just to comment but rather see her on my TV. 📺
