Good morning queens!! 👑 I want to see how many ladies in the community miss having advanced classes? I understand that the lives were cut down which is not an issue. The issue is not having different levels. There are queens here on different fitness levels and right now all of our classes are intermediate. I’m at a point where I feel like I need more of a push. I was told that I could just replay the advanced section but there are only a few videos there. What am I supposed to do when I replay them all? There should be variety as there are many members. I feel like QW should take this into consideration & do at least 1 POWER advanced class a week. Can you ladies please chime in to see if this is possible 🥹❤️ Fabiana

Question: what vitamins do you recommend I incorporate to my health. I’ve never been a vitamin person so I have heard that it’s Great to add once starting workouts etc. Open to learn.
Also does anyone remember the calorie intake math method that Fabiana has discussed in the past. Something along the lines… based on your current weight and multiply/divide by a #. I’m currently 140lbs and I’m 5’2.
