I just completed yesterdayβs workout. ππΎββοΈ I usually donβt workout on my time of the month, but I pushed myself cause today I felt so heavy and unattractive. But this workout made me feel better/lighter. β€οΈβπ©Ή πͺπΎ
What happened to all the other coaches. Love you Fabi β€οΈ they all had great things to offer. Just wondering if they will be back or what?

I held my 25lb plate for the lunges.
I didn't have a block but I stepped onto my plate.
Skipped Monday so I had to hit it hard today! On to week 2 of summer shred!

Finished the evening strong mentally & physically! First day back to the gym after a week of heavy workload. Did my upper body strength training & completed my first 22 min of Mondayβs HITT class replay. Had to cut it a little short to get back home. However, Iβm proud to say I finally have some upper body strength to do a push up! Itβs been years since this was possible! Made it to round 3 ππ»
