Just signed up! I love challenges because they push me more
I just signed up today and im so excited. Any advice greatly appreciated. I want to work out in the mornings before work so I think replays will be my thing. But what order which sequence of videos should I do? Or just go with the flow and pick whichever?

Happy Sunday! Today is my rest day, I did 6 days workouts and I just finished doing a Stretch class with Yvona. I’m done for today. I also planned next week replays already as well. Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday! 🫶🏽👑
Hey queens it’s been 8 consistent months since I started my queen warrior journey. Check her out she slowly growing and making gains. Stay patient,consistent, and giving it your best. Sometimes I’m even surprised when I look in the mirror and need do a double take. 🤣😂🤣I get so excited to see those changes. P.S. once you hit that self love mode and enjoy the journey it’s hard not to keep showing up for yourself. Keep thriving and shining queens! 😘
Hi ladies! I signed up today, and haven’t done any workouts yet. Do I need weights or anything else? if so, how many lbs? what is used during the workouts?
I wasn’t here for it, but seen it in the community chat from scrolling. Can we bring back the Monthly Challenge daily workouts as an add-on?
Being in the military this will be even more beneficial in preparing me for my fitness test as we have to push-ups and planks. ❤️

Hi I'm new and excited to get back on track with my workouts, meals and motivation. I have gained 5lbs and a few inches that have been killing my confidence. Today is my day 1. Any suggestions? What helps you stay motivated and consistent!
I joined in August 2025 with the hope that the lives would keep me accountable, like an appointment I had to keep. It kinda worked, but it became too easy to blow them off being tired after work. I got discouraged. Then in late January I decided to try something different. I committed to being a replay queen but in the mornings after my coffee & the Word before work. Wow! I thought that would be harder but it became my sweet spot. Morning replays are now nonnegotiable. I just completed my 8th week of 4 workouts a week.
I share this to say 1. Thank you for this program, but 2. Find what works for you. Maybe it’s the lives or maybe it’s replays. Maybe it’s the one hour or maybe it’s the 30 minute workouts. Find whatever will get you consistent.
I see the physical results but more importantly I feel the mental results which is why I work out in the first place.
I’m glad I found Queen Warriors & took the chance to invest in myself. ❤️
