Hello Queen Warriors!!

This is my first time posting and I just wanted to share my praise report. I recently received a diagnosis of PCOS. I’m a nurse, and for all my fellow nurses you know my mind went to the worst. So I sought the Lord and asked for help with healing my body. Then queen warrior changed over to the summer shred. And these are the exact workouts I needed to heal my body. Thank you to my Father God. Thank Him for using you Fabi. Thank you Fabi. I am on my road to healing. Wish this workout were here to stay past the summer. Love you queen warriors. Yes what happened to my Sammi videos I had saved. I was searching for a Raven video and couldnt find it, I am very upset.

Can anyone help with the missing videos? I promise I tried using the search bar before making this post😂. All of the LYC Renewed videos are gone and I need to stay on track 🥹…help

Hey! So I recently had a hysterectomy done (4 months ago now) fully recovered and completely cleared to continue regular activities and exercise. I do have a gym membership but I need guidance on how to incorporate the Queen Warrior workouts as well. Any suggestions? Your girl needs a day by day break down to follow lol Thank you in advance ❤️

Hi Fabi, When will Wednesday night live from 6/17 be posted for replay? I can not make the nightly Lives but like to do the Replays the next morning. Thanks in advance

Hey y’all, I am new to the queen warriors team. I am excited but a bit nervous since I can never fully commit to losing weight but this is it! We got this. Just quick question, do we get a meal plan or we create our own? I’m more like a tell me what to eat kind of girl.

Hello, fellow Queen Warriors! 👑

My name is Jessica, and I wanted to share an update following the photo I posted last month.

I am officially down 26 pounds! I started my journey in mid-March, but for the last 60 days I have been completely consistent, working out 5 days a week without missing a beat.

I can honestly say that Fabiana’s program works. The results have been amazing.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because this definitely isn’t my first rodeo. I’m a former bodybuilding and calisthenics competitor, and I’ve always trained primarily in the gym, at the park, or occasionally at home. During this journey, however, I’ve relied almost exclusively on Fabiana’s app, along with walking and cycling, and my results have been phenomenal.

As a working mom of three with a husband, finding time to get to the gym isn’t always realistic. This program truly saved me. It gave me a way to prioritize my health again, keep my sanity in check, and learn to love myself enough to become the best version of me for my children.

The scale may say 26 pounds, but I’ve gained so much more than that. I’ve gained confidence, strength, discipline, and a renewed belief in myself.

I hope my journey inspires other women to take that first step and give it a try. Put in the work, trust the process, and don’t give up on yourself.

It won’t always be easy, but I promise you, the reward is priceless. ❤️
