Ugh! How I struggle with inconsistency- one of my biggest downfalls. I had joined last month and did - not one exercise- I felt so bummed out and tired of giving up on myself just to put everyone before me. I kept telling myself not this month! I’m going to show up no matter how hard it is - the world can wait! So far I’ve done both sessions with Fabi and all these amazing queens and I refuse to give up once again. Pray for me yall!!!! I’ve never weight this much in my life- was always in shape but reaching menopause has really been my hardest journey - everrrr! Not where I want to be but definitely striving to get there - slowly but surely! Thank you Fabi! You inspire me! God bless!
Hi Ladies, I just joined today and would like some advice on what should I buy for the workouts. I plan to do no equipment workouts. I was planning to get floor Mat, light weight, and legs band? Did I miss anything? Thanks 😀

Dinner was mini Burito steak , beans 🫘 avacado 🥑 before my workout
And closing the night with my strawberry 🍓 cinnamon 🤎protein shake 🔥

PLEASE keep replays from past coaches, especially those that have classes that aren’t offered anymore - like barre, stretch, and kettle. Some of my favorite replays have been taken down and QW support said old videos are taken down on a rolling basis to make room for new ones. Would LOVE to see exceptions be made for these types of classes. 💖
