Iโve never eaten any vegetables only vegetables I eat avocado thatโs not even a vegetable cucumbers, corn that was my healthy food to me. But now I started Eating salad and itโs itโs pretty easy for me. I have to eat other vegetables so Iโll incorporate that little by little. Iโm gonna start adding one by one, especially the ones that provide fiber. I started cooking with onions and peppers and I change from eating white rice to brown rice and it will be a half a cup. I use Miss Dash seasoning. Iโve removed all high sodium. I donโt buy no soda no juice only thing I have in my house is water and I most definitely donโt buy snacks. I love fruits and Iโm learning which fruits are low in sugar. I started all this in January and my daughter whoโs 25 started eating what I cooked because she weighed at 285 in Jan and her current weight to date itโs 255. She doesnโt exercise like that but she does the treadmill for one hour. She did give me a health scare her blood pressure was so high and thatโs what caused me to throw out all the unhealthy food in my house and stop her from always eating out. I took a natural approach to lower her BP and now itโs normal. Health is wealth and what wasnโt taught to me Iโm trying to teach her since she is still young and able to still lose weight and make healthy choices at her age. I say this to say donโt wait for a scary moment to change just do it. I waited so long until it was forced on me. Now I canโt stop wanting better for myself. Every social media platform my algorithm is fitness and thatโs so motivating to me. It keeps me going.

Weekends Iโm off and Iโm able to workout better then the weekdays. My rest day is Monday. But this is todayโs workout I did LYC day 2. I didnโt do the classes in order. I watch the classes at work and just schedule it as I see fit for myself. This is it for today for me I burned a lot of calories. For whatever reason I get a different number on my walking pad itโs higher than the watch. Not sure this is my first time using the watch for workouts.
