I went on a walk this morning talking to my self and God just saying that I am grateful to have made it through this journey so far somehow while losing 7 loved ones from September of last year to now and it’s been rough but I’m thankful so today say THANK YOU GOD FOR ALL YOU DO SEEN AND UNSEEN

Hey ladies, just popping in to share my breakfast which I Decided to make it a savory bowl of quinoa, grits, roasted vegetables with spinach, zucchini, onions, and peppers and a chickpea salad. This was so hearty and delicious. I cannot finish it all. Also I did 60 minutes on the treadmill today and I could’ve done longer because I made a playlist last night that had me pumped up.

Month 3- Health Journey Update:

This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."

I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.

So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give up👑❤️‍🔥

Late post: This was my first QW workout in a couple months. I fell off due to personal issues distracting me but this month of October I committed to getting back. I’ve been getting my daily walks in on the treadmill and finally today a QW workout. It felt so good! I forgot how much I needed this love, support and encouragement that this community gives. Time to lock in and focus on what I want and need again.

Mondays work with Aimee. Thank you so much Coach Aimee for tge plank hold instructions. It worked. I was able to hold the plank for 40 seconds for three rounds. Hands was easier than forearm plank for me.

Is it OK to start a post showing our body goals? Because J Lo’s abs in the 90s and early 2000s have me in a chokehold. I literally will look at her abs and then go work out lol and there’s others too which I’ll share in the comments. Who’s figure do you love?

Oh, and of course Fabi’s is fabulous lol. I have to go lurk on her Instagram page at least a few times a week to see what she’s posted especially all those sexy swimsuits. Yall gone find me on somebody beach one day soon wearing something just like it lol!
