Week #2 starts today for me and the goal is simpleβ¦ do a little more than I did last week πͺπΎ
Last week I got in:βοΈ 2 stretch workoutsβοΈ 1 beginner workout
This week, Iβm keeping my 2 stretch days (because whewβ¦ ya girl is TIGHT π ) and adding one more beginner workout. Slow, steady, and consistentβthatβs the mission.
Now Iβm thinking about adding a waist trainer for 1β2 hours during the day just to ease into it.
π Whatβs yβall take on waist trainers?Do they actually help or just temporary shape?Any safe brands or tips for beginners?
