Good morning Queens ๐ day 3 of working out daily. I woke up and did Coach Sherrellโs Pilates ๐just perfect for my 3rd day workout ๐๐ผโ๏ธ! Pilates gives me the same feeling as hiking itโs really empowering. All these workouts provide that happy feeling, hope you find time to do one today.

So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I canโt do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I canโt go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like Iโm not going down enough ? Any suggestions
How do we access replays now? I used to go to browse and search by target area but they all seem to stop at the beginning of the year now.
