Hi ladies. This is my lunch today. I have been working out none stop, and my body is sore. Am trying to feed it as much as I can, being a mother of 3 beautiful children and managing the house chores and school runs and still looking after myself is not for the weak🤣. Did this workout today! It was a great combination of arms. Instead of a 5 min cool down I added another round.
I held both dumbbells for the dead bug.

Listen yall! I joined this group on Monday and will complete my second workout today! I messaged Fabiana about a meal plan because I am a by the book type of girl when it comes to food. I have to restrict myself! Anyway, While I was waiting on my meal plan to be constructed, I went through some of the recipes that were on here and gave them a try for this week and let me tell y’allllll, they are some of the easiest and best tasting meals/snacks.
I will show y’all pictures of what I made this week. One is teriyaki chicken with cilantro- lime rice, and French green beans. The second one is a snack…protein balls with raisins, 🔥. And The third is a Chia seed, almond milk and yogurt mix with fresh fruit on top, extra 🔥…Don’t knock it until you try it. I can’t wait to bust out this personalized meal plan!!

Good morning ya’ll ☀️I joined yesterday because I really want a change, in my body, my mental health and a boost to my confidence. Nobody prepares you for what perimenopause puts you through, nor tell you that in one year you’ll be grieving the loss of who you used to be! I have no energy I’ve gained 25 lbs by what feels like just breathing, my mental health took a big hit and I still can move a finger. I have pain everywhere and I need help. I stopped going places because I look pregnant and I feel everyday a bit more defeated! I’m hoping this will help to retrain my body and mental strength with the help of community. Thank you for having me.
