Hi ladies! My name is Elizabeth currently in Georgia. For a while now I have been struggling with my mental health and have not been happy with my self. I have been on plenty of fitness journeys and although I have lost weight I never met my goal or my β€œdream weight”. I came across queen warrior and I am so excited to start on this journey and transfer not only my body but also help my mind 🫢🏽

Happy HIIT Wednesday Queen !!!! Tonight is our HIIT workout . No equipment needed but bring them resistance bands out !!

I love going back to basic and getting results with by simply using out body and my master madness workouts lol .
