I've been consistent with my workouts for 3 weeks and starting with the beginner ones to get back into the groove. I also switched up my workouts to 5 a.m. so I have no excuse to not do them. It's been a while shift in mindset because I'm more of a night owl. What I'm realizing is I am who I make myself into so early bird season it is.

Hi Queens!

I just did Coach Raven’s HIIT from Friday it feels great working out again. 😁 I was sore from her stretch 1 class for a few days but loved it!

Any new nutrition Coach Alexis 2025 and

Accountability check in: Day 25 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I meal prepped for the boys and I today to get us ready for school and my first week of work! Yoooooo! I’m so ready!! I tell you one thing I wasn’t ready for today though, working out. I was thrashed by the end of the day. I sat on the couch and was thinking I’ll just watch me a little show and then I will workout but I heard Fabiana saying, “This is the year of no excuses! This is the year we show up for ourselves, sis!” And I was like yup okay let’s go.

I was tired as hell but I did it and I feel better and happy that I didn’t disappoint myself! I felt kind of doofy though because I’ve done week three day 4 of the glute course like three times
because the little check marks haven’t been ticked at the top. I got half way through before I realized it, haha. Hopefully that doesn’t mess anything up progress wise 😅

Sooo watching Ravens core mix today… As many times as I know I’ve heard it and still struggled to do so…
It never clicked until she said the way to engage your core is to act like your zipping up your P***y and blow out the candle 🕯️. I can’t unsee that 😳and am so here for it 👏🏼👏🏼 . That truly helped so much!! 😂😂Thank you QW 😘
