Just completed my first QW workout in months after returning! Felt so dam good. Although I was only able to do 30 minutes of the live. I am thankful!! 😌 my son completed it with me! Yayyy! He says I like this mom. … tomorrow I will fit in another 30 minutes until I am able to do a full hour 3 times a day which was the plan! It’s okay! 👍 we did it Queens!! 👸 we feel amazing!! I straight up needed this today!!

Full transparency! Week 1 did not go good for me because I had a really bad upper respiratory infection that I had to get over and then once I started feeling better, I had to prep for a colonoscopy (fun times). This week I'm committed to staying on target with my meals and exercise routines.

I forgot to put my Apple Watch on to track but just finished 2 classes with Jamila beginner core and last week replay of upper. And as I marked completed the calendar only gave me one check. So I don’t get it. But anyway Jamila is that girl 🫶🏽 love her. That upper body workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ was everything. Felt my arms and back get that work. I went ahead and purchased arm straps for my elbows and I was able to actually for feel it and not be in pain. Love it. When theres a will there’s a way. I’m gonna jump on the treadmill and give myself 30 and call it a day. Happy Blessed Sunday 👑
