Hey everyone! Grand rising. Iβm new here. Just wanted to make that first initial post and introduce myself. My name is Lucely. Born and raised in Orlando Florida. Imma a momma of 4 kids, my oldest gal came from me and I have 3 bonus boys πI WFH and donβt go out much at all, nor have any friends really so this is not only a way for me to become my healthiest self but to also hopefully gain some friends! I literally just signed up and Iβm truly excited for this journey. I think itβs amazing that we have the opportunity to have a community of likeminded women. It feels like such a safe space! You all look amazing. Iβm ready!

Yesterday was my first time doing a twerk workout. I completed Day 5 because I was in the dancing mood. Glad I did it.

Hey Queens! Super new to the community. Currently on Wk 1 D 4 of LYC. I see there are 5 days per week so was curious to know, are people doing the weeks back to back, taking a 2 day break or doing the days with some rest days in between?
