The results from my 6 week challengeβ¦ I am not a Mom but looked like one, thanks to this challenge ππΌ I have lost most of my belly and gained a butt! I am 52 and my body started changing with no hope in sight until this LYC Spring Challenge. Queen Warriors works if we show up for ourselves in the kitchen π₯ and the mat πͺπΌ.
I canβt wait to see myself this summer!

Canβt wait to get home and finish this week off with my soul coach Raven lol. Iβve missed her. Had to get some work in with her yesterday being that I finished Week 2 a day early.
