ok so this is my second summer (full 2 years w Queen Warrios and may I say, Iโm never leaving
6 months difference even from the time frame ๐คฏ๐คฏ
I did that!!! I've worked my ass off! PPD was the worse thing that ever happened to me! Buuuuut here we are! I've lost 46 pounds ๐๐ช๐พ
Was thinking ๐ค of having chocolate for a snack ๐ซ but then I thought, no, I am not going back and having to start all over again. I made this bowl of fruits with a table spoon of peanut butter and some cashew yogurt.
The Summer Challenge is over ladies but our healthier lifestyle has to continue to maintain these new bodies and to keep loving ourselves โฅ๏ธ ๐ธ๐ฝ๐ธ๐ผ๐ธ๐ปonly we can make that choice.
I am not cutting out chocolate but I really donโt need it right now before 11am ๐.

My First day with Queen Warrior and I could cry. Iโve struggled with weight loss for years and now Iโm finally apart of a community that pushes me to be better. I wonโt give up!

I almost forgot to post my โAFTERโ, photos of the #LYC Spring Challenge, not sure if Iโm late, but here are my results.
I showed up with determination every single day. I even pushed through a personal obstacle during the 3rd week but, I came back stronger in the fourth week. The fact that I lost 5 pounds and a few inches at the end of the 6th week is a great accomplishment for me, but more importantly, I gained my confidence back and inner strength, and a sense of pride in completing this program.
Progress is not always linear, and life can be unpredictable. It's how you respond to challenges that matters, and showed up for me knowing that I am capable of overcoming obstacles and achieving my goals.
I will continue to celebrate my small wins, and know that they will eventually add up to make a big difference in the long run.
I canโt wait for JUNE 10th to begin the Summer #LYC.
This time around I will go with team Yvona ๐
