Queens!!! Please I need your help! I suffer from migraines! Worked out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I canβt do today my head is killing me. Can I do a 30 minute in the morning tomorrow then 30 after work. Bam I completed the week.
Maybe I need to drink more water. I drink 2-32 oz bottles..
