Hey there fellow queens my name is Tristina I have been a queen warrior for a while but really stopped working out in August when I thought I pulled something in my chest doing one of yvonna barre work outs only to find out I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer I know the community has some serious prayer warriors so I am asking for any extra prayers to be put up for me. I am about 6 weeks into my treatment and at the start of the new year I started doing low impact workouts and some of the stretch classes again and I feel so good thank you queen warriors for helping to keep me sane ❤️
