Hey ladies I have a non scale victory I was honored by the American cancer society this weekend I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer but queen warriors is helping to keep me sane and strong one year ago my life changed forever but this community is helping me in so many ways thank you fabi 🫶

Hey there fellow queens my name is Tristina I have been a queen warrior for a while but really stopped working out in August when I thought I pulled something in my chest doing one of yvonna barre work outs only to find out I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer I know the community has some serious prayer warriors so I am asking for any extra prayers to be put up for me. I am about 6 weeks into my treatment and at the start of the new year I started doing low impact workouts and some of the stretch classes again and I feel so good thank you queen warriors for helping to keep me sane ❤️
