After 1 month of QueenWarrior TV and fasting 16:8 every day has been a challenge for my mentality but truly grateful to be achieving my goal of staying committed to myself. I have lost 11lbs!!!! I feel great and confident πββοΈTHANK YOU QWT β€οΈππβ€οΈ
Eating healthier is paying off am down 5lbs since Friday!! I just stopped eating cookies, chocolate π« and tried not to eat after 8pm but I gave in at midnight and had peanuts π₯.
Itβs working this is dinner chicken with quinoa, bell peppers, tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomatoes, paprika from the stove top. I saw Fabi make the chicken on IG and itβs great!!
We got this ladies!!! π₯πͺπ½
Did another mommy/daughter walk this morning. I am loving those moments. Then I topped it off with my motivator Raven. I love her inspiration π
