Today, I found my measurements from a year ago and I am exactly the same but different and better thanks to Queen Warriors!
My clothes fit better. People tell me I look amazing, to me, I look like me again and thatโs great enough for me! I even gained a little butt!

Being a mom and a full time employer, I feel like I start and then suddenly stop!
Top of the top! I finally did it.. I tried barre and LORDT.. what an experience. Definitely going to incorporate barre at least 2 times in the week! It was a challenge and one I was holding off on doing but Iโve been a queen warrior for 4 months now.. it was more than time! Todayโs focus was lower body and baybeee! These buns are on ๐ฅ from:

Happy Soulful Sunday ladies! I debated on even working out today because Iโm so sore from all the booty workouts yesterday! But then rememberedโฆ itโs the first of a new month. A new month to make myself better and really challenge myself.. so what did I do? An hour of barre, power workout and an Aimee workout.. challenged accepted! Itโs a full body type of day:

Aloha ladies!!! Queen warriors!!! My name is Isis and I am new here. I am very excited for this new journey and meeting all you ladies in this community. This was a birthday present for myself. Today was my first day. I did a 30 min hiit workout and abs program 10 min wk 1 day 1 with my daughter.
It was amazing!!! Can't wait for results. I have 2 months for a reunion. Nice to meet everyone and mahaloz. ๐ค๐บ
