I’m 7 weeks away from my due date and honestly, this queen warriors group and lifestyle has been such a blessing for me. I had awful self esteem issues after my other pregnancies and this time I’m still able to lift and do HIIT, even though I’ve cut back to beginners classes or the thirty minute classes for now, but this is my fifth baby and I’m in my early 40’s and it’s the strongest mentally and physically I’ve ever been in pregnancy. It shows me that I’ll be able to get back where I was after baby and that is such a mental shift for me 💗.

I’m restarting my fitness goals after a miscarriage, surgery, and now pregnant 16 weeks. I’m hoping to lift my spirits and fight this prenatal depression and anxiety as I go throughout this year. Here’s hoping for a better 2026 💗

Some days are so difficult and feel defeating. I’m a single mom of four, working two jobs as a nurse, in my last class to graduate with my NP license. My physical and mental health has been the last priority for a bit now. I just recently restarted ballet lessons and now restarting QW. How do you juggle it all and make time for yourselves?
