Good afternoon queens!! Iβve been quiet on here for a bit. I was still putting in the work until hurricane Hellen hit us in the upper Carolinas. We were without power and internet for the past week. Iβm happy to say that my family and I are safe and well. Iβm finally back to getting this work back in.

I have never joined a challenge before β¦ I did receive a email receipt but no email confirmation I know we are set to start today RIGHT? Someone please guide me in the right direction
UPDATE! 3 months postpartum πππ€ feeling great after this mornings QW workout w Coach Raven πͺ I'm still getting adjusted to life w a newborn amd creating new routines but I'm proud of myself for trying my best & thankfull for this community that keeps me accountable & motivated!
