Hello lovely queensβ€οΈ I'm so excited for this new journey with queen warriors π₯°πͺπ» I have been working out on and off (mostly on) at the gym for some years now without getting all the results I really want, and also I got so bored of my one workout routine as well doing the same thing over and over againπ
I have been lacking motivation lately, and also I have really missed a community to find inspiration, motivation and like minded people. I love working out in the gym, but it will be nice to bring a long the queen warrior app, and also do some workouts from home sometimes as well. I havent been doing a real workout for 3-4 weeks now and that's depressing. Look forward to get back to it!!πͺπ»

does anyone have advice of what workout equipment to purchase or is there a list somewhere? i have been doing the beginner workouts and want to move to the intermediate ones i watched a few secs of one and realized they are using different kinds of equipment and want to make sure im prepared before going into the class
