Hi ladies! I'm new although I have been procrastinating since November 2024 when I subscribed. I stopped making excuses & I finally made it through 3 days this week of "beginner" replay videos. I haven't worked out in years, I'm in my 40s and when I say I feel every inch of my body lol, Ouch! Today I did a stretch video and honestly I didn't know I could stretch that far. I am enjoying all the coaches, so hard to pick just one. I Admire all of your journeys. Happy to be a part of this community. Yaaaay I SHOWED UP! 💪

This was my Very first workout, I am going through beginners to play it safe and see what my body can take. I'm so out of shape this workout made me sweat my butt off. Kicked my ass too! All I can say is I'm here I showed up and I'm tired of making excuses. Period.
