This workout was great! Whoop my Butt sweaty 🥵💪❤️🙌🏽 This definitely burned all the extra calories I had on my birthday 🎂 last weekend. Happy belated birthday Chasity! Yep I lost my Glasses too lol. Both of you had me laughing & out of breath 🤣 🥴 dripping sweat 😓 Picture doesn't show how sweaty I am 😵💦 Ladies catch the Replay!

Hey all Queens 👸 💖 Just stopping by to wish everyone their best. I am currently on day 3 week 3 of the 4 week programs, "Fab 10 abs" and also "Fab 10 booty blaster". Let me tell you those 10 ×2 are felt 🥵💪🔥. I still slide in a 30min - 1hr workout! So pumped! Love Queen Warriors😜🥰😘🙌

Day 7 June fit challenge & a 1 Hour Dance mash up Replay! I had so much fun!!! Feeling like New! I was definitely glowing 💦🥵💃Queens!!! 😁😎😅 The results on my smart watch were Amazing ( i did start my watch workout timer late🤷‍♀️ I was ready to start lol), can't believe I burned so much. Let's Go! By the way love seeing everyone's results & posts, they motivate me so much. Can't wait to share mine in the future 🫶🏽🙌🏽🥰💪

Hi ladies! I'm new although I have been procrastinating since November 2024 when I subscribed. I stopped making excuses & I finally made it through 3 days this week of "beginner" replay videos. I haven't worked out in years, I'm in my 40s and when I say I feel every inch of my body lol, Ouch! Today I did a stretch video and honestly I didn't know I could stretch that far. I am enjoying all the coaches, so hard to pick just one. I Admire all of your journeys. Happy to be a part of this community. Yaaaay I SHOWED UP! 💪
