I love the power classses with reps but would love to see the rep numbers subtitled on the bottom of the screen if possible. Iโm a dedicated replay queen and often have a hard time trying to understanding the number of reps per set. Bonus if you can subtitle both the name of the move and the reps
Yep I am just never going to learn I will work out 1-2 days and stopped and go back to my habits and like someone on here said to me if my eating habits donโt changed it donโt matter how much core work out I do I wonโt see the results. And I am still drinking the soda and eating bad. I want to change I do I want to lose my weight I do but I donโt stick to it and I need Motivation and tips etc I just need someone.
