Yes Queen , after my 4th and 5th it took me a while to get back too!!! That was the least in shape but probably also mentally most drained I was … staying active helps a lot!!! It’s still a challenge but it makes everything better !!!Stay with it consistently, and always start back up again if life is lifein!!! It’s always a good time to start again !!!
