I’m still here but I’m 4 days away!!! I haven’t stepped on a scale or measured my body again and I’ve been avoiding looking in the mirror because I know if I don’t see some sort of progress I will get discouraged. I DO feel better though. Overall, I’m getting through the movements of each workout better and even though my stomach is still super flabby and not where I want I can feel things changes and strengthening.
Got through the work out with Fabiana today - Abs and Booty course and HIIT with Raven Cruz 30 days is almost here and it’s only going to get better! I got this!

I just did Coach Raven’s HIIT from Friday it feels great working out again. 😁 I was sore from her stretch 1 class for a few days but loved it!

I meal prepped for the boys and I today to get us ready for school and my first week of work! Yoooooo! I’m so ready!! I tell you one thing I wasn’t ready for today though, working out. I was thrashed by the end of the day. I sat on the couch and was thinking I’ll just watch me a little show and then I will workout but I heard Fabiana saying, “This is the year of no excuses! This is the year we show up for ourselves, sis!” And I was like yup okay let’s go.
I was tired as hell but I did it and I feel better and happy that I didn’t disappoint myself! I felt kind of doofy though because I’ve done week three day 4 of the glute course like three times
because the little check marks haven’t been ticked at the top. I got half way through before I realized it, haha. Hopefully that doesn’t mess anything up progress wise 😅

Week 3 - Day 4 | Booty Blas...
I started my postpartum fitness journey in the picture on the left with a challenge in January 2024 I was consistent with it but after it was over it was hard for me to find a workout plan to keep my consistent daily or weekly. So in April of 2024 I purchase QW program and this was my result in the picture on the right June 2024 and I was 7 months postpartum.I was obsessed with the QW app for a little at first when I bought it. But still loving it and staying consitant even now while pregnant again and I’m due in May. The pic of me in the blue tank and pink shorts was yesterday 22weeks pregnant 💪 QW is the best! Staying consistent is key!

Accountability check in: DAY 24 of 30 days of movement #NEW *Late post*
This is a late post - my youngest is teething so it was a rough night. Up every 15 minutes to an hour.
We had a rest day today. We went to the park and played in the morning and later in afternoon went for a very light hike at a nature preserve near by. We had fun looking for animals and collecting flowers and searching out bugs.
Back to the QW workouts/gym today. I’m hoping niñito can sleep through the night.
